Meet Our Team

I have been very fortunate to have Barbara Dill and Dawn McMaster as coworkers for over nineteen years. We have grown and transitioned together over many changes in the health care system. We have worked well together to provide what I feel is the best, unified, healthcare team around.

Dawn

Dawn McMaster has been Nurse and Office Manager with the practice of Jami Dulaney, MD since the inception. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of nursing care for our patients. Her organizational skills keep us all on track, with timely communication and attention to every detail.

Dawn treats patients like family and prides herself in getting to know not just the medical needs of patients, but their social support needs as well. You will feel right at home speaking with Dawn.

She is the proud grandmother of three and an avid gardener. There is no job too big or small for her to tackle. She and her husband enjoy spending time taking care of their farm where they raise a variety of vegetables. She gets plenty of exercise doing agility training with their Australian Shepherd and office greeter, Sadie and enjoying the outdoors.

Barbara

Barbara Dill is of the first voices you will hear in our practice. Barbara has been with the practice of Jami Dulaney, MD since the beginning. Patients comment regularly that her friendly voice is calming in times of their health concerns. She is steady even in times of stress and there is no problem she is not willing to tackle. Barbara is in charge of all things scheduling, billing and insurance. She will work with you to assure prompt care and is happy to assist you in navigating through those sometime confusing insurance questions.

Initially residing in the Port Charlotte area, Barbara now is a remote part of our practice team residing in her home state of Maine enjoying time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren all while being an pivotal role in our practice framework.

Addie

Addie Dulaney Majnaric has been our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 10 years. Addie graduated with honors from West Virginia University, with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition & Foods, as well as a minor in Strength & Conditioning.

While at WVU, Addie was a Division I athlete on the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team. During her undergraduate education she gained experience as a worksite wellness intern at the NIOSH/CDC, as well as interning with the WVU Strength & Conditioning staff and Sports Dietitian. After graduation, Addie matched with the Sage Colleges Dietetic Internship, and has spent a year completing supervised practice rotations in different facets of nutrition care. After passing her certification exam, she became licensed to practice dietetics, and is licensed in the state of Florida.

Addie, being the daughter of Dr. Dulaney, grew up around the office at 2495 Caring Way in Port Charlotte, FL. From a young age Addie knew that she wanted to help people, just as she had seen her mother do her entire life. After examining different avenues of healthcare, Addie became drawn to nutrition when her family transitioned to a plant based diet, shortly after her grandmother, known by most as Noonie, was diagnosed with lymphoma. She was able to see firsthand how important nutrition was in disease reversal and how it also can help others prevent common lifestyle diseases. As a Division I athlete, Addie also saw a change in her personal health when she transitioned from seeing food as an obstacle to more as a tool to achieve her own health outcomes. The choice was clear; dietetics & wellness was her destiny!

Addie previously worked remotely with our practice while her husband, Nathan, pursued his career as a collegiate Strength & Performance Coach within the Big XII and Sun Belt Conferences, working with football and men’s and women’s basketball programs. She has since returned to the Port Charlotte area, where Nathan now coaches football at Port Charlotte High School.

Addie and Nathan are proud parents to two children, Caleb and Cecelia. She is passionate about providing her family with the same foundation of nutrition and wellness that she encourages for her patients.

In addition to being a registered dietitian, Addie also homeschools her children. An avid animal lover, their family is completed by two rescue dogs, Hoss and Benny, and their cat, Buckwheat.

When she’s not homeschooling, out for a run, strength training, or exploring the outdoors with her family, Addie enjoys creating and testing family-friendly recipes and writing for her social media platform: @rootedandnourishedfamily . She is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals through whole-food nutrition and physical fitness.
