Welcome! and Thank you for listening. I hope your holidays are happy and plant strong. It isn’t easy this time of year. There are many temptations. If you’re eating or exercising routines are not well engrained, then it is even easier to give in to temptations. Remember why you decided to become plant based and set yourself up with easy choices like bringing a covered dish to a holiday party or looking at the restaurant menu in advance so that you can commit to a healthy choice before the peer pressure sets in.
I would like to challenge you to give a plant based gift this year. You can make a give such as a soup or fruit basket. Perhaps a gift certificate to a vegetable market. A plant based cookbook or other plant strong book is also a good idea. I know a great cookbook; Plant Based Wellness Cookbook, three generations of plant based cooking, the Doctor, the Dietitian and the Diva.
