    Let our practice help you LIVE with that intentionality! Get started TODAY with the following 3 tasks for the month…

    • Daily functional strength movements to check off throughout each week of the month (see downloadable calendar below)
    • 20-30 minutes of daily movement as a baseline GOAL to get you started. 
    • Attend (live or recorded) weekly Zoom classes offered by Dr. Dulaney & Dietitian Addie.
