Episode 125- You Can Do More Than You Think You Can

Welcome and thank you for listening to my podcast. This has been a busy week with the launch of my wellness practice. I am still practicing cardiology but I am now offering primary care and wellness as services to my member patients. The response has been overwhelmingly supportive but I do have the best patients in the world so it is expected. I am grateful to my those have been with me for up to 20 years and I am dedicated to helping them achieve optimal health and wellness. We can all do more than we think we can and sometimes it just takes a little clarity to define our goals and passions. Then nothing can stop us. This is true for plant based nutrition as well. The more you strive for nutrient rich fruit and vegetable choices, the healthier you will become. It is the same way for movement. We can all do more than we think we can.
