Everyone needs a challenge. It can be physical or mental or both. It keeps us striving to be the best we can. How you define winning is up to you. But try to find a positive everyday along the way. Getting off of the couch or beginning to take control of your own nutrition is often the first step to many positive changes. It is ok if it hurts a little. We are all capable of more than we think. This episode I discuss my upcoming Ironman challenge, along with what I have been eating. I will discuss gut microbes and how eating plants can select for a more healthy gut and how to ease your family and friends plant based.
