The classes are not only a great way to learn about preparing plant based meals but also to trouble shoot when confronted with crazy things such as asparagus causes cancer. What? That is right. Asparagine is abundant everywhere including beef, poultry, fish, shellfish, legumes, soy, and grains. We humans can make it so it is not essential. Somehow asparagus got the blame. Please don’t stop eating asparagus. The press would not dare try that on a steak house or the beef industry. But that is just another reason why obtaining optimal health and wellness is so confusing. I am happy to help sort these things out. I still have a little common sense.
