She is a prolific author and today we talk about her most recent book, The Good Karma Diet: Eat Gently and Age in Slow Motion. I am amazed at the positivity I have experienced since becoming vegan and have begun teaching plant based nutrition in my cardiology practice. Everyone is happier when they feel well. Getting off of medications with their side effects and becoming lean is just the beginning. People seem to be lighter in their mood and more open to helping others. Victoria exemplifies this with her Main Street Vegan Academy in New York City and in her podcast. She gives simple steps and a 21 day guide to adopting a good karma vegan way of life that includes whole foods with lots of color and life.
