Episode 62-First Annual Charlotte Count Nutrition Conference in Review

I would like to take time to highlight some of the topics covered in the First Annual Charlotte County Plant Based Nutrition Conference. It was a great day in Punta Gorda with over 140 guests to hear Dr. Esselstyn speak as well as his wife Ann. Dustin Rudolph, PharmD spoke on reversing diabetes with a plant based diet. I spoke on the difficulties of transitioning and Evelisse Capo PharmD did a cooking demonstration. The yacht club provided a beautiful setting and our plant based chef Keith from Trabue made a fantastic whole foods no added oil plant based breakfast and lunch. The day progressed flawlessly and all seemed to enjoy and leave smiling. I hope many more can join us next year.
