It’s a going to be a Plant Strong Party!

Movement matters! That is what we promote to members of our practice. Each month Dietitian Addie creates a wellness challenge for our members. For Dr. Dulaney’s birthday month of August, we want to give you all a chance to get in on the fun and be a part of our plant strong team!

Challenge Details

Movement Minutes:How much are you moving? Show us by posting a photo of your fitness watch or smartphone exercise data to the Jaimela Dulaney MD Facebook Page. Postings of exercise time will be due by end of the day on Mondays throughout August. 

We are looking for exercise session minutes, NOT total daily steps. Feel free to share your type of workouts so we can see all the great methods of movement that the group is doing. 

Sweaty Selfies in your Dr. Dulaney gear are encouraged! 🙂

How To Enter: Pay Challenge Entrance fee of $29 dollars by August 1st and receive a Dr. Dulaney T-shirt (cost includes t-shirt & shipping). Payments and T-shirt size designation can be made below.

*Challengeentry includedfor all current membersof our practice. Should a member win the challenge, they then can donate the nutrition coaching calls to someone they know outside of the practice. 

Winner:the winner of most time logged will get a copy of our newly released Plant-based Wellness Cookbook: Three Generations of Cooking with the Doctor, the Dietitian, and the Diva!

BONUS:All paid participants will  have a chance to win 2 nutrition coaching calls with Addie Dulaney Majnaric, RDN. To be eligible one must submit documentation of exercise sessions each Monday for the month of August.  Late submissions will not be accepted.
