Welcome! and Thank you for listening.

What percentage of improvement would you need to have before choosing a medication or procedure?  Would it matter if it was a relative risk reduction or absolute risk reduction?  How do side effects factor in?

Is decreasing a particular disease the same as all cause mortality reduction.  How do you become your own health advocate?

First of all, you have a right to know and fully understand.  You are your best advocate, and you may or may not be like the other people in the study.  I will try to tease some of these topics out during this episode.  The water is deep and muddy so hang on!

Thanks for yet another great talk! I love your advice to keep meal prep simple. I find that using a pressure cooker, greatly simplifies my meal preperation and time in the kitchen.
