Podcast: Sneak Peak of what you will hear about on our live, Audio Conference March 28, 2020.

Welcome and Thank You for listening!  Today’s episode is a preview of Saturday’s live audio conference.  Our world has had some radical change recently with COVID-19.  We are facing new health worries on top of chronic diseases.  With that comes new decisions about our future health.  Who is ultimately responsible for our safety and health?  The ability to alter the genomes of viruses, bacteria and humans is here.  Along the way, these advances have lead to some life saving medications and techniques, but they have also had some very negative results.  Understanding the importance of how these new discoveries can affect your future health choices is very important.  Genes, environment, and chance all play a role.

Take control of your own health now.  I’ll give you a few suggestions on this episode.  Tune in Saturday for a much more focused live discussion.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions.

For those who sign up, we will send you our recipes for the live conferences, the slides presented, and you will have the opportunity to listen at your convenience to the recorded version.

    Dr. Jami,
Thank you for your Podcast today. I appreciate hearing everything you talked about and how important it is to live the whole food plant based lifestyle every day and especially in these unusual and troubling times. I always appreciate hearing about your races and how running and training is different now with other runners but we have to exercise and train even if using some ‘social distancing’ for awhile. .Your preview for Saturday is what I will be thinking about and
    I can hardly wait!

I have problems with my comcast email. It was out for several hours . Hope it is fixed. Just want to make sure it is correct for the conference tomorrow. I did register but did not get an acknowledgement.
    Looking forward to it.
