Podcast: SW Florida Vegfest and more with Addie Dulaney Majnaric, RDn

Welcome! and Thank you for listening.  Addie and I talk about the SW Florida Vegfest that we attended this past weekend and much more.  I have had three talks in the last week at three different venues.  I believe they all served each audience differently.  The first two were directed at audiences new to plant based nutrition and how it can reverse lifestyle diseases.  The audience at the SW Vegefest was familiar with vegan nutrition, but were challenged by how a whole foods plant based nutrition program could make their health even better.  I believe that we never should stop striving for better versions of ourselves.  Whether that involves nutrition, fitness, or mindfulness, we can all strive to be better.  Finding the best aspects of veganism and plant based nutrition can only make the world a better place, and a more positive experience for all of us.

It is not about pointing fingers or making others look less authentic but to bring a positive message of hope for a brighter future for all beings.
