Welcome! and Thank you for listening. Save a Turkey. Wouldn’t it be nice if we had a peaceful Thanksgiving that promoted health and wellness? I am not wishing for it, but I intend to do my best to live it. No animal will give its life so that I can be thankful for having too much to eat.
Nutrition is the leading cause of disease in this country. It is not too little but too much. The solution is so simple to most of our health problems and perhaps will go along way to cure the ultimate disease, aging. Lifestyle diseases are just markers of aging. They can be delayed for sure by exercising and eating a plant based diet. But the time is now. Not tomorrow or next Thanksgiving, but now. Take the turkey off the table. Take the oil out of the gravy. Take the dairy out of the pie. Take back your health. Others will eventually follow, but only if you are brave enough to lead the way.
