This oatmeal recipe is sure to become a seasonal favorite. It is packed with nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fiber, plant based protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and anti-inflammatory spices!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats + water to cook
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts

    Do you cook the oatmeal per the directions on the box then add the rest when finished cooking or do you put everything together in the pot and boil?

      cook the oatmeal first and then add the other ingredients.
