Podcast: Covid Comeback!

Welcome! and Thank you for listening.  I am a plant based cardiologist and endurance athlete.  However, I am currently on a healing journey from COVID.  I am getting better.  How did I get it?  Is it easy or hard to contract?

Asymptomatic or presymptomatic spread?  Outdoor spread?  We will discuss on all of that as well as the treatment that I am utilizing and recommending for my members.

Vitamin C- liposomal is the easiest to tolerate.  I am trying for minimal of 10 grams a day.

Vitamin D3- from the sun but I am taking more for COVID.  15000 IU daily until I am well.  Levels to follow

Quercetin: 250 twice daily.

Zinc 250 mg daily

These are mega doses not RDA.  They are as a treatment and not daily minimums.  There are no risks involved.

I’m so sorry that you were infected with the Covid 19 virus. Thank you for sharing your experience with all of us! There is so much conflicting data regarding this virus that it is hard to discern fact from opinion. I wish you a speedy and complete recovery! I will up my intake of Vitamin C and D..

Not the way to start the New Year! Sounds like you are getting stronger each and every day. There is nothing better than being able to experiment on your own body. We are just lucky you take the time to share your experience and then give us expert advice of thing we can do because they are in our control. Berry’s will increase their vitamin C and D. Don’t push yourself too hard too fast! Easier said than done!
